Skiing is Fun

I was invited to go heli skiing with my friend E.A. at Mica Heli ski which is located north of Revelstoke in Canada.

I woke up at 4am Sunday morning to make the 4.5 hour drive to central Washington to meet up with E.A.’s friend Steve.  Steve and I drove another 4.5 hours north into Canada to a town called Kelowna.  We met up with some other people in the group watched the Vikings game and went to a great sushi place called Mo Mo’s for dinner.  We stayed the night in Kelowna and got on the Mica shuttle this morning and drove 3.5 hours to Revelstoke.  Then another 1.5 hours to the Mica staging area.  The lodge is great and I’m looking forward to skiing tomorrow!
